The Ministry Commission of the Bush Creek Church of the Brethren is organizing a bus trip to Richmond: a one day trip, leaving early in the morning -- around 6:00 -- on Sunday, July 13, 2008, arriving in Richmond in time to experience worship and fellowship throughout the day, and returning approximately 9:00.

Anticipated costs: For transportation on a full size luxury coach provided by Kewl Bus Lines: $35.00 (meals not included). If you want to be officially registered with the conference, there is a $15.00 registration. Processing that fee is up to each individual, by contacting the Annual Conference office in New Windsor.
The highlight of the day will be at 9:30 a.m. for a joint worship service with representatives of The Brethren Church in the Richmond Coliseum. It is anticipated that more than 4,000 Brethren will be present at this service, lead by Arden Gilmer, Shanthi Edwin, & Chris Bowman
Throughout the rest of the day you’ll have a wide choice of workshops and history presentations – or just opportunities to fellowship with other Brethren. A full conference schedule is available on line at http://www.brethren.org/ac/
Sing-up sheets are on the program table in the Narthex. A check should be left with the sign-up sheet for the total amount of your fare. Reservations will close May 15th.
